Elephants are so significant to me because my Papa, who passed away a few years ago, had hundreds maybe even thousands throughout his house. Each one had its own story, where it came from, why he got it. Every time he went somewhere he would get a new elephant to add to his collection. Every time I see one I’m reminded of him and what a great person he was. He always put others before himself even when he was sick and not up to it. He’s also why I have the elephant tattoo on my back.
Was just thinking about him, I saw an old man who looked so much like him it was so eerie but it made me feel good for some reason.
